本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）は，人メモ（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者の個人情報およびその他の情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。利用者は，本アプリを利用することにより，本ポリシーの内容に同意したものとみなされます。
第１条 収集する情報
本アプリは，サービスの提供にあたり，以下の情報を収集します。
１ 利用者が登録する情報
・ニックネーム
・性別
・生年月日
・メールアドレス
２ 利用者が本アプリ内で入力・登録する情報
・登録した人物のプロフィール情報（ニックネーム，性別，生年月日，関係性等）
・コンタクト履歴（日時，内容等）
・メモ
３ 自動的に収集される情報
・利用履歴（アクセス日時，利用機能等）
・端末情報（OS種別，端末識別子等）
・認証情報（Firebase Authenticationにより生成される匿名IDおよびユーザーID）
第２条 利用目的
本アプリは，収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
１ 本アプリのサービスの提供，維持および改善
２ 利用者のアカウント管理および認証
３ 利用者が登録した情報に基づく分析機能（相性分析，会話のアドバイス等のインサイト生成）の提供
４ 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応
５ 利用規約に違反する行為への対応
６ 本アプリに関するお知らせの配信
第３条 外部サービスへのデータ送信
１ 本アプリは，第２条第３号に定める分析機能を提供するため，利用者が登録した情報（利用者自身および登録した人物のプロフィール情報を含みます）を，外部のAIサービス（OpenAI API等）に送信することがあります。
２ 前項の送信は，利用者がアプリ内で分析機能を利用した場合に行われます。
３ 送信先の外部サービスは，外国（米国等）に所在する事業者が運営しており，利用者の情報が当該外国において取り扱われる場合があります。
４ 本アプリは，外部サービスへの送信にあたり，サービスの提供に必要な範囲の情報のみを送信するよう努めます。
５ 利用者は，本アプリの分析機能を利用することにより，本条に定めるデータの送信に同意したものとみなされます。
第４条 データの保管
１ 本アプリは，利用者の情報をGoogle LLC（米国）が提供するクラウドサービス（Firebase / Google Cloud）上に保管します。
２ データの保管にあたっては，通信の暗号化その他適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
第５条 第三者提供
１ 本アプリは，以下の場合を除き，利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
・第３条に定める外部サービスへの送信
・利用規約第１０条に定める場合（法令に基づく照会，システム維持，権利侵害対応等）
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命，身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって，利用者の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・課金処理に必要な範囲で決済事業者（Apple, Google, RevenueCat等）に提供する場合
第６条 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除
１ 利用者は，本アプリに対し，自己の個人情報の開示，訂正，利用停止または削除を請求することができます。
２ 本アプリは，利用者本人からの請求であることを確認した上で，合理的な期間内に対応します。
３ 利用者は，本アプリ内の設定画面から自身のプロフィール情報を編集または削除することができます。
４ アカウントの削除を希望する場合は，本アプリ内の退会機能を利用してください。アカウント削除後，当該利用者に関するデータは復旧できません。
第７条 Cookie等の利用
本アプリは，サービスの提供および利用状況の把握のために，端末識別子その他の技術的手段を利用することがあります。
第８条 未成年者の利用
本アプリは，未成年者が利用する場合，親権者など法定代理人の同意を得た上で利用することを求めます。
第９条 本ポリシーの変更
１ 本アプリは，必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
２ 変更後の本ポリシーは，本アプリ上に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
３ 重要な変更を行う場合には，本アプリ上で利用者に通知するよう努めます。

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the handling of Users’ personal information and other data in connection with the use of PeopleLog (the “App”). By using the App, Users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
Article 1 (Information We Collect)
The App collects the following information in order to provide its services:
- Information registered by the User
- Nickname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Email address
- Information entered or registered by the User within the App
- Profile information of registered persons (nickname, gender, date of birth, relationship type, etc.)
- Contact history (date, details, etc.)
- Memos
- Information collected automatically
- Usage history (access dates/times, features used, etc.)
- Device information (OS type, device identifiers, etc.)
- Authentication information (anonymous IDs and user IDs generated by Firebase Authentication)
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
The App uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the App’s services
- Managing and authenticating User accounts
- Providing analysis features (such as compatibility analysis and conversation advice) based on information registered by Users
- Responding to inquiries from Users
- Addressing violations of the Terms of Use
- Sending notifications related to the App
Article 3 (Transmission of Data to External Services)
- In order to provide the analysis features described in Article 2, Item 3, the App may transmit information registered by Users (including the User’s own profile information and profile information of registered persons) to external AI services (such as the OpenAI API).
- Such transmission occurs when the User uses an analysis feature within the App.
- The external services are operated by entities located in foreign countries (such as the United States), and User information may be processed in those countries.
- When transmitting data to external services, the App endeavors to transmit only the information necessary for providing the service.
- By using the App’s analysis features, Users are deemed to have consented to the data transmission described in this Article.
Article 4 (Data Storage)
- The App stores User information on cloud services (Firebase / Google Cloud) provided by Google LLC (United States).
- Appropriate security measures, including encryption of communications, are implemented for data storage.
Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)
- The App will not provide personal information to third parties without the User’s consent, except in the following cases:
- Transmission to external services as described in Article 3
- Cases described in Article 10 of the Terms of Use (inquiries based on law, system maintenance, response to rights infringement, etc.)
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the User’s consent
- When provided to payment processors (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, etc.) to the extent necessary for billing purposes
Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)
- Users may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal information from the App.
- The App will respond within a reasonable period after confirming that the request was made by the User.
- Users may edit or delete their own profile information through the settings screen within the App.
- If you wish to delete your account, please use the account deletion feature within the App. Data related to the User cannot be restored after account deletion.
Article 7 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)
The App may use device identifiers and other technical means for providing its services and understanding usage patterns.
Article 8 (Use by Minors)
If the User is a minor, the App requires that the User obtain the consent of a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian, before using the App.
Article 9 (Changes to This Policy)
- The App may change this Policy as necessary.
- The revised Policy takes effect upon being posted on the App.
- The App will endeavor to notify Users within the App when making significant changes.
